OVERVIEW
Welcome to Noraviro. Throughout these Terms, “Noraviro,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating noraviro.com and providing the products and services described on this website.
These Terms govern your use of noraviro.com and our related storefront, products, digital resources and services (collectively, the “Services”). Our storefront uses Shopify’s commerce platform.
By using our Services or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and the applicable policies and offer terms presented before purchase. Please read them carefully.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase our products or subscribe to our Services.
Provide accurate and current contact, billing and shipping information. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Accounts and program access are for personal use and may not be sold or shared with others.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
Noraviro offers dietary supplements, accessories and educational resources. The applicable product page and checkout describe the items included in your purchase.
Product availability, packaging and listings may change. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. These differences do not remove your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.
We may limit quantities or decline orders for legitimate reasons, including stock shortages, suspected fraud or unauthorized resale. Changes to future listings do not remove our obligations for accepted orders.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND CANCELLATION REQUESTS
Review your selected products, quantities, shipping address and purchase option before submitting an order.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the cancelled items.
Contact shopnoraviro@gmail.com promptly to request an address change or cancellation. Once fulfillment has begun, a change may no longer be possible. Applicable return rights remain governed by our Refund Policy and law.
We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an accepted order’s total without your agreement.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND PAYMENTS
The applicable currency, product price, discounts, shipping charges and taxes are shown during checkout. Any additional charges we collect will be disclosed before you confirm your purchase.
Prices may change for future purchases. Subscription price changes are addressed in Section 23.
You must use an authorized payment method and provide accurate billing information. Payments are processed through the payment services available at checkout.
If a pricing or listing error affects your order, we may contact you to confirm the correct details or cancel and refund the affected purchase.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our Shipping Policy explains available destinations, processing estimates and delivery information. Review the information shown for your order before purchasing.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly identified as such. If an order is delayed, we will communicate and provide cancellation or refund options where required by law.
Bundle items may arrive together or separately, as described in the applicable offer or shipping information. Digital resources are delivered electronically.
If a parcel is missing, damaged or contains incorrect items, contact shopnoraviro@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and address the issue under our policies and applicable law.
SECTION 6 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return eligibility, deadlines, item-condition requirements and refund procedures are explained in our Refund Policy and any specific guarantee presented with your purchase.
Contact us for return instructions before sending items back. Do not assume that the sender address on a parcel is the authorized return address.
For bundles, any requirements concerning included gifts or partial returns must be disclosed in the applicable offer or Refund Policy. We will not impose an undisclosed gift charge or deduction after purchase.
Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions. Section 23 explains cancellation; refund eligibility remains subject to the applicable policy and your statutory rights.
SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Noraviro’s original website content, branding, graphics, guides and other materials belong to us or the relevant rights holders.
You may use the website for personal shopping and information. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute or commercially exploit our materials without permission, except where applicable law permits.
Purchased or included digital resources carry the personal-use permissions described in Section 25. Those permissions allow the intended use of downloadable materials.
Shopify and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
Our Services may include tools or links provided by independent businesses, including payment, delivery and tracking services.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Review those terms before providing information or completing a separate transaction.
We do not control independent websites. However, using third-party providers to fulfill your Noraviro purchase does not remove our responsibilities to you.
SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Noraviro is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Noraviro.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Noraviro, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Noraviro.
SECTION 10 — PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information, including information associated with orders, support requests and subscriptions.

Private entries in a downloaded journal remain on your own device or printed copy unless you choose to submit them to us or use a feature that expressly collects them.
SECTION 11 — REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS
Reviews and other content you submit must reflect your honest experience and must not violate another person’s rights. Disclose any incentive connected to a review.
When you submit a review for publication, you permit us to display it and make reasonable formatting edits without changing its meaning. Any additional advertising use of your name, photograph, health information or testimonial will be subject to appropriate permission and applicable law.
Private support messages and journal entries are not automatically public testimonials.
We may remove unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or irrelevant submissions. We do not require positive reviews or prohibit honest criticism.
SECTION 12 — ERRORS AND UPDATES
We work to keep product information, prices and policies accurate. If we identify an error, we may correct it and contact affected customers where appropriate.
Corrections do not authorize undisclosed charges or remove rights arising from an accepted purchase.
SECTION 13 — PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our Services to commit fraud, violate the law, infringe intellectual property, harass others, distribute malicious software, obtain unauthorized access or collect another person’s private information without permission.
You may not interfere with checkout, account security or the operation of the website, or redistribute restricted program content without authorization.
SECTION 14 — AUTOMATED ACCESS
Automated tools must respect our security measures and any applicable access restrictions. They must not impersonate another customer, bypass account protections or overload the Services.
If you authorize a tool to act for you, transactions remain subject to the same payment, consent and account requirements that apply to other customers.
SECTION 15 — SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful activity or material breaches of these Terms.
Suspending website access does not remove obligations relating to paid orders, valid refunds or other non-excludable rights.
Stopping use of the website does not itself cancel an active subscription. Follow the cancellation instructions in Section 23.
Terms concerning payment obligations already incurred, intellectual property and other provisions intended to continue will survive termination to the extent applicable.
SECTION 16 — WARRANTIES
We do not promise that the website will always operate without interruptions or errors.
Except for express promises made with your purchase and warranties required by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, product-quality obligations or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services, including lost business profits or business opportunities.
This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any injury, loss or obligation that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Your statutory consumer rights and our express obligations relating to your purchase remain unaffected.
SECTION 18 — RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISUSE
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the Services, infringement of another person’s rights or material breach of these Terms.
This provision does not require you to cover losses caused by our own unlawful conduct or failures for which we are legally responsible.
SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will apply only to the extent legally permitted or be treated as removed. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
SECTION 20 — AGREEMENT AND POLICY PRIORITY
These Terms, the policies they reference and the specific offer terms accepted at purchase form the agreement concerning your use of the Services and purchase.
Specific terms clearly presented and accepted for your purchase control over inconsistent general wording, subject to applicable law. Our Billing Terms govern subscription-specific matters where they conflict with these general Terms.
A policy update cannot retroactively create a charge or payment commitment you did not accept.
A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
SECTION 21 — ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer your account or restricted program access without our permission.
We may transfer the operation of the business and its related obligations to a successor where lawful, provided this does not reduce your existing consumer rights. We will give notice where required.
SECTION 22 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of Florida, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence require otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights to bring a claim in a court or other forum available to you under applicable law.
SECTION 23 — SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING
One-time purchases and subscriptions
A one-time purchase does not renew automatically. Recurring billing applies only when a subscription or trial-to-paid offer is clearly presented and you expressly agree to it.
A supplement purchase, digital program subscription and physical-product subscription are separate purchase arrangements unless the accepted offer expressly combines them.
Recurring charges
Before subscription enrollment, we will disclose the recurring price, billing interval, what each renewal includes, when billing begins and how to cancel.
Where an offer specifies billing every four weeks, this means every 28 days, not once per calendar month. Renewal dates may therefore fall on different dates each month.
By expressly enrolling, you authorize the disclosed recurring charges until cancellation, subject to any separately disclosed and accepted commitment and applicable law.
Trials and introductory access
If an offer includes free or discounted introductory access followed by paid renewal, its length, first charge timing, recurring amount and cancellation method will be disclosed before enrollment.
Receiving a gift or accessing a resource does not, by itself, authorize recurring charges.
Program length and commitments
A “24-week program” describes the educational schedule. It does not, by itself, create a 24-week billing commitment or authorize six payments.
Any minimum payment commitment must be separately and clearly disclosed and accepted before purchase. If no minimum commitment is expressly agreed, none applies.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation by emailing shopnoraviro@gmail.com with your order number or the email used for the subscription. If a subscription-management link is provided with your plan, you may also use that link.
A cancellation request received before the next scheduled renewal will stop that renewal and later charges. We will confirm cancellation. A delay in our processing of a timely request will not justify an additional renewal charge.
If you expressly accepted a minimum commitment, cancellation stops renewals beyond that commitment, except where applicable law or the accepted offer provides an earlier cancellation right.
Cancelling does not automatically refund a charge already properly processed. Refund rights are governed by the applicable Refund Policy, offer terms and law.
Renewal contents
The subscription offer specifies whether renewals provide digital access, physical products or both. A program subscription does not include additional supplement bottles or gifts unless expressly stated.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may notify you and attempt collection again under your existing payment authorization and the payment provider’s procedures.
Unpaid subscription services or shipments may be paused. Payment failure does not authorize undisclosed fees or an extension of your agreed commitment.
Changes and billing questions
We will provide advance notice of material subscription changes and obtain further consent where required. You may cancel before a changed renewal takes effect, subject to applicable law.
Contact shopnoraviro@gmail.com about unfamiliar or incorrect charges. Contacting us does not restrict your right to seek assistance from your payment provider or exercise other legal rights.
SECTION 24 — BUNDLES, GIFTS AND PROMOTIONS
The product page, checkout and order confirmation identify the bottle quantity and any accessories or digital resources included in your selected bundle.
Unless the accepted offer expressly says otherwise, promotional gifts are included with the qualifying initial purchase only. They are not automatically included in subsequent subscription renewals.
Gift eligibility may depend on the bundle selected. We will not replace an agreed gift with a materially different item without notifying you and providing an appropriate resolution.
An included digital resource may be a downloadable file, time-limited access or a trial only as described in the offer. Any later charge requires clearly disclosed terms and your consent.
SECTION 25 — DIGITAL PROGRAMS AND DOWNLOADS
The Noraviro 24-week program is an educational resource covering routines, reflection and related wellness information. Its duration is not a clinical study or a promise of results by a particular week.
The applicable offer identifies the format, included resources, delivery method and access period. Personal coaching, live calls, private communities or individualized medical advice are included only if expressly stated.
Digital materials are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may download and print materials where the offer permits. You may not resell them, publish them online or distribute them to others without permission.
For subscription-based online access, the offer will explain when access ends following cancellation. Unless otherwise clearly disclosed and accepted, a paid access period remains available through its end.
Cancelling future online access does not remotely remove a PDF already lawfully downloaded. Such copies remain subject to their personal-use license.
If we cannot provide purchased digital access, contact us for a remedy under the applicable offer and law.
SECTION 26 — SUPPLEMENT AND EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION
Noraviro dietary supplements are intended to supplement the diet. They are not medicines or a replacement for appropriate medical care.
Statements about dietary supplement benefits have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Website content, guides and program materials provide general education, not an individual diagnosis or treatment plan. They do not establish a clinician-patient relationship.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional about supplement use, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication or have a medical condition. Follow the product label and do not exceed its directions.
Individual experiences vary. Neither purchase nor continued subscription guarantees clearer skin or any particular outcome. A program timeline is not a reason to continue using a product that causes an adverse reaction.
SECTION 27 — ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
We may send order confirmations, delivery updates, billing notices and other communications needed to administer your purchases.
Marketing email preferences can be changed through the unsubscribe instructions in those messages.
If we offer SMS marketing, enrollment will require the applicable consent and disclosures. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency and any applicable carrier charges will be disclosed at enrollment.
You may withdraw SMS marketing consent using the instructions supplied with the service or by contacting shopnoraviro@gmail.com. We will honor clear opt-out requests as required by law.
SECTION 28 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms and revise the date shown above. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
New terms apply prospectively and do not retroactively change accepted purchases or authorize new charges. Subscription changes remain subject to Section 23.
